Perhaps it was because of the novelty of how much Dr. J utilized the dunk at the time, but I am pretty certain that Dr. J did have the most unstoppable slam dunk of all time. All of the great dunkers I can think of four or five times their dunks were blocked, but I can only recall seeing Dr. J's dunk stopped once, by Kevin McHale.
